Producing Process

Our line of production follows the old recipes with the use of new technologies.
Below we describe the steps of  a formal productive  process :

Receipt of fresh fishes
Placement in  solution of cooking salt in water (26 degrees)
Decapitation and wash of fishes with simultaneous  observance of rules of hygienepreservation  of fishes in salt  in specific packing
Placement in the  maturation room for to 3 months
Filling and closure of the final package
Storage in refrigerators (0-4 C)
